We specialize in researching and applying for funding opportunities for businesses. A key focus is providing consultation on optimizing labor costs, particularly through the use of employment subsidies from the Federal Employment Agency.

International Recruitment

Concept specializes in matching businesses with international professionals. Together with strong partners in a global network, we connect individuals with foreign citizenship as well as individuals with a migration background from within Germany with job opportunities in German companies. This approach allows Concept to tap into a talent pool that is often underutilized.

Coaching

Coaching plays a central role in modern, sustainable personnel development. Leaders, in particular, face the challenge of becoming aware of their thought and behavior patterns, questioning routines, and exploring new approaches. Understanding the roots of one’s actions, recognizing potential, and making the most of it are essential steps in this process. That’s why we offer tailored coaching programs for leaders and other key players in business and public administration, customized to their specific needs and goals.

Training Programs

Since 2020, Concept has been part of a consortium managing the comprehensive project for the introduction of the Digital File System for the Berlin state administration. This includes overseeing project management as well as organizing and conducting employee training sessions. In collaboration with the Berlin Administrative Academy, we coordinate training needs and ensure the smooth scheduling of trainers and training rooms. Our goal is to equip users with the essential knowledge needed to integrate digital file management efficiently into their daily workflows.

In addition, we conduct specialized training for multipliers who act as on-site contacts during the rollout phase and help embed the knowledge sustainably. This approach supports a seamless digital workflow and ensures that the Berlin administration is fully prepared for the implementation of the Digital File System.

Mediation in the workplace

Where people work together with passion and conviction, differing perspectives and conflicts often arise. Depending on the cause and intensity, these can lead to financial costs and, in any case, emotional strain that negatively impact workflows, team dynamics, and the overall organizational atmosphere. With trained mediators who have extensive experience in workplace settings, we work with the parties involved to develop mutually agreeable solutions before conflicts escalate.

Our mediation processes also focus on viewing conflicts handled through dialogue and partnership as a source of innovation and growth. Beyond resolving individual cases, mediation contributes to fostering a successful, solution-oriented communication culture within organizations.
